An
exciting program to kick off the 8th Annual Black History Month
hosted by London Black History Coordinating Committee. The
official opening of the “Home, New Home” exhibit at Museum
London that explores the many stories of our local Black
communities. Witness an historical portrayal of Dr. Alexander
Milton Ross, who traveled extensively through the Deep South
organizing and facilitating the escape of hundreds of enslaved
people via the Underground Railway. The Museum’s Community
Gallery will come alive with cultural groups and services
presenting their arts, crafts, and music. Refreshments served.

Our
focus is family! Kids, bring your parents and friends to the
London Regional Children’s Museum and have fun singing, dancing,
playing games, listen to stories, get your hair braided, dress
up in traditional clothing and enjoy many other activities.

8th Annual Black History Month Closing GALA, featuring Denise
Pelley, Marque Smith and Janis Mark, electric Soul, Saidat,
Rwandan Dancers, Steel Drums and more. Awards will also be
presented to two outstanding Black Community Achievers. You may
