| Diversity Training teaches
people the survival skills in an increasingly
mixed workplace. Examples of skills include:
- Effective communication with non-native-English
speaking clients
- Learning how to maximize productivity by using
a group's diverse range of talents
- Understanding of behaviours that may be experienced
as offensive
Diversity Training takes two forms:

- Increasing of awareness of diversity through
dialogue and instruction
