If you are a new Immigrant or Refugee we can help you to settle, adapt and integrate in London.

If you have problems finding and using services in the community we can help.

Our Counsellors Can Provide:

• Orientation
• Referral
• Interpretation
• Counselling
• Advocacy
• Life Skills Education
• Workshops / Speakers

We can provide group and individual orientation sessions, help you find a place to live, find a place to study and get to know London.

We can guide you through the immigration process and refer you to community services if needed.

We offer help dealing with other agencies and services if you can't get access to services available to newcomers. If you have family problems or need crisis counselling we can offer support.

Language and Cultural Differences

Our settlement counsellors speak languages including Arabic, French, Persian (Farsi), Polish, Spanish and Vietnamese. They come from a variety of different cultures and countries. Our partners and volunteers can provide cultural and language interpretation when needed.
