By submitting a service compliment, suggestion, or complaint on the form provided, you can help us to identify areas for improvement or recognize the efforts of our staff members. Compliments and Suggestions
At the CCLC we value your feedback and encourage you to submit compliments or suggestions about your experience with our services. If you received exceptional service from one of our employees, we want to hear about it! Your compliments will be forwarded to the responsible manager and/or employee for recognition.
Similarly, if you have suggestions about how we can improve our services, we want to hear from you as well. Your feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate office or program area for consideration. We are constantly striving to improve our services, and your input is valuable to us. Service Complaints
At CCLC, we aim to provide the best service possible to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not satisfied with the service you received. In such cases, we encourage you to submit a service complaint and share the details of your experience. Our staff will review your complaint and may contact you by phone or mail to further understand the situation. We understand that every situation is unique and hence the time taken to resolve a complaint may differ depending on the complexity of the matter. Rest assured that we will do our best to resolve your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution to you.
