Our Services
-

General Settlement Services
Our General Settlement Services are free supports for Permanent Residents or Convention Refugees, helping them integrate into Canadian society by providing needs assessments, information regarding immigration, government forms, social services, education, housing, and employment.
-

Case Management Services
Case Management Services (CMS) is a client-centered, intensive support approach under our Settlement Program for newcomers facing multiple barriers to integration. It involves assessments, personalized settlement plans, and coordinated referrals to community services to build independence.
-

Resettlement Assistance Program
Our program is funded by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and provides resettlement services to Government Assisted Refugees (GARs) for up to 6 weeks upon their arrival in London. The program assists with temporary accommodation, finding permanent housing, and more.
Gathering Information To Better Serve Newcomers to Canada
Most of the programs and services provided by the CCLC are funded entirely or in part by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). As an IRCC-funded organization, we are required to present you, as our client, with the pamphlet which explains why we need to ask you for certain personal information, such as your full name, date of birth, and immigration identification number.
