At the CCLC, our Pre-Employment Program prepares newcomers for the Canadian workplace. We provide the tools, guidance, and personalized support needed to navigate the job search process and succeed in the labour market.

Who Is Eligible

Our Job Search Workshop program supports a range of newcomer clients. To participate, individuals must be:

  • Permanent Residents

  • Convention Refugees

  • Live-in Caregivers

  • Ukrainian Nationals arriving under the CUAET visa

Youth Employment Skills Strategy (YESS)

Are you between the ages of 15–30? The CCLC’s YESS program supports newcomer youth in building skills, gaining experience, and preparing for the workforce.
